The City of Eagle Lake is excited to announce the payment portal now available to all customers. Customers are encouraged to register for the service by selecting the above link. There is no charge to register for the service, and it is very easy to do so.
The online service is accessible 24 hours a day, allowing customers to make utility and court payments at their convenience. Online payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover) via the online service. Council authorized the assessment of a 5% "Convenenince Fee" for all credit card transactions.
The online payment service provider will also add a nonrefundable fee, $1.25 for utility and $2.50 for court, per checkout as a "Municipal Online Payment Fee.
